André (Mário Benvenutti) is the powerful owner of an illegal casino and popular gambling ("Jogo de Bicho") on the streets. His gang is in war against the gang of Fiore (Rui Leal) that is trying to steal the gambling establishments of André. When the prostitute Margot (Rossana Ghessa) sees her old friend and ex-con Sarja (Fábio Vilalonga) working as a waiter in the casino where she tricks clients, she invites him to stay with her in her apartment. When André, who is gay, sees the handsome Sarja, he falls in love with his employee that becomes his protégée. Meanwhile, Sarja and Margot plot to steal the high stakes on St George's Day and they invite André's henchman Lobão (Jack Militello) and two gangsters to participate in the heist. Meanwhile Fiore also plots to steal André's money with his gang.
"Bordel – Noites Proibidas" is a popular erotic film directed by Oswaldo de Oliveira with a story that blends crime and black humor in a confused way since it is never clear the genre. There are a couple of good jokes that are lost (Sarja questioning the sensation of having a homosexual intercourse, for example) and even the conclusion could be funnier. The greatest attraction of this film is the goddess Rossana Ghessa, but there other sexy women exposing their naked bodies. My vote is four.

At first sight, it seems to be a Z-film. However, it is indeed a surprisingly good pornochanchada from Boca do Lixo (Brazilian B softcore films), with a good story of rival mob bosses (involved in both legal and illegal gambling, prostitution and nightclubs) and of a couple of crooks. Besides some secondary minor stories, there are many nude bodies (mostly women, some of them very sensual, but also some LGBT issue, what was not recurrent in pornochanchadas) and some prejudices from that time.
