Manmooty was surprised to see a grown up Anju Prabhakar doing the film and confirmed with her if is she the same child artist.Also apologized her for replacing her in Azhakan (1991) as she looked to young.
Looking at Anju Prabhakar's talent in the film Manmooty asked director Joshiy to cast her in Kurawar (1992).
