I bought this DVD just for the show, because I had heard how much fun it was. You don't have to be an huge Phil Collins fan (such as myself) to like this DVD. It's simply great fun to watch for everybody!
Mainly because of the special round shape of the stage and the enthusiastic musical artist, the show is extremely fun to watch. On top of that are some wonderful songs sung by Phil Collins with his unique voice and by some impressive background singers. The songs are performed really well by the fairly large band that seemed to had some real fun on the stage, which also seemed to have affected the enthusiastic crowd that must have had a great time during the concert.
Great show, even for the non-Phil Collins fan!

This was a blast. Living in Western Canada, we have come to terms to the fact that Collins will not tour in this part of the world. Having said that, this is the next best thing to being there live. This DVD is recorded in a Dolby 5.1 mix, amazing sound, great video. The only thing I am missing is the Seriously Live tour on DVD.
I have a lot of concert DVDs in my collection, but this one might well be the best.
From beginning to end, this concert is amazing. The performance is 100 % perfect. The songs are all great. The in-the-round scene works beautifully, and the band-audience interaction is really strong. The light setting is brilliant. The sound is crisp and clear and awesome. The picture is stunning. And the show is wildly entertaining.
Everything about this concert is perfect. From the enthralling opening of Hand In Hand - quite a daring move to open the concert with a 10 minute mostly instrumental track - to the groovy extended version of Sussudio, complete with confetti and audience sing-along, this show rocks. Hang In Long Enough is more groovy than ever, the horn section does an immaculate performance. Don't Lose My Number, Another Day In Paradise and Against All Odds, three of the man's most beloved hits, are done flawlessly, with a beautiful saxophone solo in the latter! The drumming of Lorenzo is enchanting, the vocal skills of backing vocalists Amy Keys and Arnold McCullor will leave you breathless on Separate Lives. Phil plays the key for an intimate version of Long, Long Way To Go, before an extended version of In The Air Tonight features Phil playing drums and singing - at the same time! The pace is rased with an amazing three-drum solo, featuring the man himself, Ricky Lawson and Louis Conté in wonderful duel on drums and percussion, and the final home-run of Easy Lover, Dance Into The Light, Wear My Hat, Something Happened On The Way To Heaven and Sussudio ends this wonderful tour-de-force.
The crowd loves it from beginning to end, and the only bad things is that we only get a good half of the concert here! Less known tracks like Take Me Down, River So Wide, Find A Way To My Heart and Can't Turn Back The Years have been edited out to make the show fit 90 minutes, as have major hits like Both Sides Of The Story, Do You Remember?, One More Night, Can't Hurry Love, Two Hearts and Take Me Home. Boy, what wouldn't I give to have had the full concert?

Though this DVD is not well known, it deserves much attention. the audience is wild (and I mean it! check for yourself if you think I'm being too excessive) and the song are all awesomely played. the playlist features collins' classics plus some more unknown songs. Lorenzo is a masterpiece, the light effects are dazzling and last but definitively not least, the ending song, sussudio, is just impressively impressive (the audience is the wildest for this song). lots of emotions, really! a dvd that every collins' fan has to buy, music lovers can buy it, unless you are a collins hater.

Talking about professional?? This is it! Ricky Lawson on drums, Nathan East on bass, and of course Phil himself. Never seen and heard such a concert! I strongly recommend this one! You'll be watching this one over and over!
Personally i was not a Phil Collins fan BUT when i heard his DVD,i am telling you this guy is the best. The vocals are so awesome and the instruments,OMG, the best.I am a big fan of his now. If you just listen to him singing you would feel as if he is singing to you. There is so much energy when he is on stage. His back vocalists are very good, they are so entertaining. What i love most about him is his voice is constant,it doesn't change. you should also try to listen to his DVD. I assure you.you will automatically love him. i just wish i was at the show. The crowd was so alive. Their faces completely showed that they are really enjoying themselves. Please let him come for a show in Africa. I believe he has a lot of fans here. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
