Ron's trailer starts out with British Columbia license plates but when they arrive in "Seattle" it's suddenly a Washington plate. Considering that Ron said he was driving all the way up to Nelson (which is in British Columbia), it seems highly unlikely he would switch license plates in between.
During the first hockey game Jack plays he is seen on the ice then sat on the players bench and then back on the ice again.
When Ben is placing up the skateboard posters he is wearing jeans, in the next scene he jumps over some crates now wearing shorts, when he returns to Jack in the swimming pool he is wearing jeans again.
Almost all the cars have British Columbia license plates, despite the setting being Seattle.
All the buses and bus stops seen are in the old BC Transit designs. BC Transit was the transit authority for Vancouver. A Vancouver SkyTrain sign is also seen at one point.
When Ben goes back to Ollies after posting the "missing" posters, he walks past a Telus phone booth. Telus is the dominant phone company in western Canada and covers Vancouver, where this movie was filmed.
