Originally titled "Black Sheep" until it was discovered that there was already a movie with that title, Black Sheep (1996). That movie starred David Spade and Chris Farley, both of whom co-starred with Chris Rock on Saturday Night Live (1975). Ironically, the new title is also the name of Bad Company (1995).
