Featured review
One of the most decadent moments of the Mexican cinematography was back in the 60-70's when the only production that could occur to the "wise" Directors/Producers in Mexico were movies about "ficheras"(ficheras are women that are hired by the night clubs to induce customers to drink while they make a profit on it). The producers of those times saw these movies as very profitable and made dozens of them. The idea was to show naked women as the main theme of the movie. They did succeed in attracting a big bunch of teenagers and some old misfits that were avid for such spectacle. Las Ficheras is along hundreds of others a very sad sign of the human misery. Fortunately this trend ended some time later.
