Originally produced as a two-part television miniseries, but re-edited and broadcast in a three hour time slot.
Filmed in 2001 for TV but not shown until 4/25/2003 in Canada (screened at the Toronto Sprockets International Film Festival for Children, now TIFF Kids International Film Festival) and 5/10/2004 in the U.S. (broadcast on ABC).
