The Bernaola Twins - Carol & Darlene - were voted Playboy Playmates for January 2000 to ring in the new millennium with sexy appeal. I read this was the third time identical twins had appeared in Playboy and trust me I get the sexual appeal. This video does a good job at giving you the visuals you want, but some parts do miss the mark.
A silly B&W intro has the twins being shown as being created in the 50's and frozen until the year 2000 (1.5 mins). "Bernaola Twins" features them in matching see thru tops frolicking nude on a bed with purple silk sheets. You learn they're originally from a small town in Peru as they lay naked on big numbers spelling out 2000 (7 mins). "Life in Peru" you learn more about their past as they pose in a hammock or inside a hut. Typically striking the same nude poses. Dripping water makes for pleasant sights (5 mins). "It's Party Time" has them on a bed where a corny but lively song featuring the scene title is played (3.5 mins).
"Two of a Kind" is mostly talking. An interview with their mother. White fur jackets and lingerie briefly (7 mins). "The Old Switch-a-Roo" features the ladies swapping places on a date. Mostly solo poses. The big reveal - guy has an identical twin too - and they've been swapping as well (8.5 mins). The matching wardrobe meant to play up the twins theme has been continuous. Ditto the same poses. Physically some differences are starting to emerge between the sisters. Carol has the bigger breasts and a rounder butt. They both have different tattoos near their vajayjays to help tell them apart. Neither would I kick out of my bed.
"Sister²" has them outside a mansion. Up against pillars they pose in matching dresses before going full nude (5.5 mins). "Future Success Stories" sees them dressed as angels on a white set, white bed. Both have curly hair while the white theme goes into overdrive. They pose on a long white covered dining table. A white vintage sports car. White fireplace where the wall goes up in flames. Small white clock on fire. White wedding dresses. White lingerie. Back to white angels. Now in a white carriage. White doves fly off (6 mins).
This 'Video Centerfold' delivers two for the price of one. Both Carol and Darlene are very pretty stating the obvious, but there's a sexual allure to identical twins which Playboy taps into here. They might have gone the easy route in presenting them, but the whole thing was satisfying even with a bit of talk between the nudity, usual amount of fluff.
