Back before FX became a highly successful cable channel with dramas like "The Shield" and "Nip/Tuck", it was a channel that ran shows that appealed to a much younger audience. Among those shows was "The New Movie Show with Chris Gore", a "Siskel & Ebert & the Movies" type show that stands out as one of the best shows FX has ever aired.
As a fan of Chris Gore's stuff at filmthreat.com, I watched "The New Movie Show with Chris Gore" every single time it was on and loved every bit of it. It was not only an informational show, but a funny one too. During the 22 episode run of the show, Chris Gore proved to be one of the best movie critics out there. The only downside to the show was that it was only 30 minutes long and each episode went by too fast. Sadly, the show was canceled and was quickly forgotten.
