The plot lacks, but the rest is wonderful

I just don't think the plot would work as a full show. The pilot is cute, although cheesy. The voices are very well done and the art style is nice, but I personally understand why this did not get picked up. I don't think the writing is particularly great. It isn't a negative experience to watch, its relatively cute, but it's just somewhat of a bore plot wise.
