Mr. X kidnaps Adam and sends gang punks into the streets. Axel and Blaze, along with Adam's brother Skate and Axel's friend, set out once again to stomp Mr. X and his baddies into the ground.

One year after the big battle between Mr. X and Axel, Blaze and Adam. The City was peaceful again. Until evil cast it's deadly shadow overhead. Mr. X was back! He kidnaps Adam and sends even more gang punks into the streets. Axel and Blaze, along with Adam's brother Skate and Axel's friend, ex-wrestler Max Thunder, set out once again to stomp Mr. X into the ground as well as his baddies.—Dylan Self <robocoptng986127@aol.com>

After the big battle between Mr. X and Axel, Blaze and Adam the city was finally peaceful! Mr. X was back! But this time he kidnaps Adam and starts sending even more gang punks into the streets! The city then once again returned to its nightmarish state and criminals ran rampant! Axel and Blaze team up with Adam's younger brother Eddie "Skate" Hunter and Axel's skull-crushing friend, Max Thunder, the ex-wrestler to free the city and rescue Adam at all cost from Mr. X.
