Disclaimer-:
I have a very deep respect and regards for one of the biggest freedom fighter of India and the review of the film is purely on the basis of film making and my personal views while watching the film and it shouldn't be linked to any kind of disrespect to the great legend, any negative remark will be only intended towards to the film and should be taken only for the film not for the great Bhagat Singh.
With all due respect to the greatest freedom fighter i must say that this film didn't do a great justice to the legend. When you are making a film which is based on true events or someone's life adding a pinch of fiction is workable in the film but sadly this film is filled with many fictitious scenes and is far from reality, even the real scenes weren't shot with the intensity and perfection that it should've been shot and looks fictitious.
Acting in the film is good and Bobby Deol plays the part of the legend with perfection. Sunny Deol who plays the role of another legend Chandrashekhar Azad was also impressive, rest of the star cast were impressive but didn't got the due attention that they deserved and it seems that the film was primarily made to highlight the role of Bobby and Sunny Deol.
Screenplay of the film is average to decent and as said lacks originality. Climax of the film is good, songs of the film are also good.
Can be watched once.
