A policeman is undercover at a Kyoto strip joint. At the end of the dance he climbs the stage and arrests the stripper. He is back a couple of days later, but is spotted by a drunk stripper who pulls him onto the stage, which leads to more arrests. The policeman is fired from the force however. He has nowhere to go and is soon making the strip joint his home, and he becomes dependent on a girl.
