Jackie Shroff was signed for the film but later dropped out.
Lisa Ray was signed for the lead but opted out.
Based on James Hadeley Chase novel " Tiger By The Tail". The same subject was later remade in Kashmakash (1973), Akalmand(1984) and Karishmaa (1984).
Kim Sharma was replaced by Shweta Menon.
The film did not have a theatrical release in British Columbia, Canada.
