The opening credit sequence was done completely on a frame by frame two dimensional Animation. The concept was originally created by Animator Marina Ratina and Writer/Director Gustavo Hernandez Perez while having dinner at an Italian Restaurant. The main idea was to show Ajileo as an animated figure, being helped by his wife and son, during the preparation of his crazy master plan: "Crossing the US-Mexico border dressed up as a Lady". The Animation sequence ends with a nice visual transition of Ajileo kissing a mirror that transforms him right back into the real Ajileo of flesh and bones.
