2. 'Young and the Restless' Star Jeanne Cooper Dies

Jeanne Cooper, iconic star of the long-running soap opera The Young and the Restless, died on May 8 at the age of 84.

Cooper's death was confirmed on Twitter Wednesday by the star's actor son, Corbin Bernsen, who had been providing regular updates on his mother's condition. "Mom passed this morning. She was in peace and without fear. U all have been incredible in your love. In her name share it 2 day with others," Bernsen wrote.

Wade Robson, who denied that Michael Jackson molested him during a 2005 trial, has now filed a posthumous claim against Jackson's estate.

In court documents obtained by Et, Robson requests money from the Michael Jackson Estate for alleged childhood molestation.

Robson developed a friendship with Jackson when he was five and even appeared in the music videos for Black or White, Jam and Heal the World. Now 30 years old, Robson is a well-respected choreographer who has appeared on So You Think You Can Dance and hosted the MTV show The Wade Robson Project in 2003.

In the papers, Robson's lawyer asks to file the childhood sexual abuse case under seal, which would prevent it from being made available to the public.

Howard Weitzman, attorney for the Michael Jackson Estate and its co-Executors, calls the claim "outrageous and pathetic" in a statement to Et.

After all, she’s endured a long and tumultuous on-and-off relationship with ex-boyfriend Luc Carl, muse for “You and I,” who she reportedly broke up with for the second time just a couple of months ago. While Gaga the New York City girl may find ending a relationship difficult, Gaga the business mogul, however, seems much more decisive. After a series of clashes over differing visions on a number of projects, Gaga has decided to cut ties with her long-time collaborator, creative director and choreographer Laurieann Gibson.

We continue with these little pieces on the personalities that form a huge chunk of So You Think You Can Dance: the judges, the choreographers, and of course, the host.  This time, we look at choreographer, producer and former Michael Jackson wannabe, Wade Robson.

The first time I encountered Wade Robson's name was when he did The Wade Robson Project on MTV.  I didn't really watch a lot of MTV, so I didn't really watch the show.  I was a bit young back then, so I remember asking what exactly he did that made him deserving of a show that's named after him.  Of course, back then, So You Think You Can Dance wasn't on yet.  But I don't think I'd ever really know.

Reality producer R. Greg Johnston has inked a two-year overall deal with Endemol USA to create and executive produce unscripted series.

Johnston is a 16-year MTV veteran who joined the cable network as an intern in its early days and worked his way up to vp in the music development department and then an MTV-based producer.

He played a key role in the development of such signature MTV reality series as "The Osbournes" and "Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica," which he executive produced. For his work on "Osbournes," he shared a best nonfiction program Emmy in 2002.

Johnston also was part of the original development team of the MTV Movie Awards and was involved with the MTV Video Music Awards and such series as "Rich Girls," "Miss Seventeen," "The Ashlee Simpson Show" and "The Wade Robson Project."
