Luruli added to Kinderfilmfest jury
BERLIN -- South African director Ntshavheni Wa Luruli, who won the Crystal Bear Award for best children's film at the Berlin International Film Festival in February, will be returning to Berlin next year as part of the international jury of the Berlin's children's film sidebar, the Kinderfilmfest, organizers said Friday. Dominque Standaert, whose feature "Hop" bowed at the 2004 Kinderfilmfest, will also judge the 2005 children's film lineup. Other international jury members include German children's author and screenplay writer Dieter Bongartz (The Tenth Summer, ) Copenhagen International Children's Film Festival director Gunvor Bjerre and Hiroshima International Animation Festival director Sayoko Kinoshita.
