Mehboob works as a ladies tailor in Mumbai's high profile tailoring shop stitching clothes for many film actress for their films.He isn't happy top be away from his family and decides to return to Lucknow and open a tailoring shop with help of his friend Salim.But Lucknow being traditional Muslim city where women where Burqa's he does not find any female customers.In order to run his business Mehboob feels he cant afford to look young and transforms himself into a older men and his business flourishes.Nikhat becomes one of his customer who met him in train journey from Mumbai to Lucknow when he goes to deliver her costumes he meets her twin sister Aamra. Mehboob now as to live a dual life as Nikhat falls in love with his younger version while Aamra falls in love with older version.
