Accurate depiction of the economic reform

In traditional Confucianism, youths are not taking seriously because they are considered to be inexperienced, and seniority is a big thing. However, it is often the younger generation that break away from the traditional thinking and restrains and make new creations/innovations. This film accurately portrays the rise of younger generation in the tide of economic reform: ability matters more than seniority.
