The first two hours of this movie are completely slow, irritating, and full of cliches. It is full of scenes that should be in the Bollywood trash can for being repeated so many times. There are also numerous pointless scenes that contribute nada to the film. However, in the last half-hour, basically the whole movie takes place. Then, a twist in the story occurs which makes it somewhat interesting. This is one of those movies where the fast-forward button really comes in handy.

I loved this movie! I'm a newbie to Bollywood Indian movies, but this is a fun musical with great songs...and some intriguing drama thrown in. It seems at first like a typical love story (there's a quirky scene where the couple struggles to tell each other "I love you", and all these obstacles (like airplanes) get in the way!). You soon realize the man of the couple has a secret "side job" (that's all I'll say). Their romance goes through peaks and valleys due to this, and the ending is quite a surprise. Throughout are fun dancy songs. If musicals aren't your bag, you probably won't like it, but I thought it was great!
