- TriviaThe reason why the character models are not as detailed as in the first two was because this game contained fully 3D environments and ran at 60FPS. The extra details would have lowered the FPS down to 30.
- GoofsMr. Blanc runs out of ammunition in one of the cutscenes. Given that he is in Warring States Era Japan and therefore cannot find more ammunition for his pistol, he should not be able to fire it at all like he does.
- Quotes
Jacques Blanc: Samanosuke...
[Samanosuke turns around before taking off]
Jacques Blanc: Kick his ass.

It has been 9 years since Jubei Yagyu defeated the evil Nobunaga Oda, peace has been restored to Japan...or has it? Nobunaga managed to come back from the grave and plan his final assault on Japan, Starting with Honnoji Temple. Samanosuke returns from his absence to fight Nobunaga in the final battle which will decide the fate of Humanity.
This is actually the best of the Onimusha games so far, Unfortunately its the final part of the Nobunaga trilogy. But don't worry, this is not the last game in the series ^_~ The battle system is pretty decent, you can either use the D-pad or the Analog sticks to play this game. I suggest you use the Analog sticks, there better and easy to use.
It's also great to see Takeshi Kaneshiro return as Samanosuke again, but he's not alone. International film star Jean Reno (Flushed Away, Leon, Godzilla, Just Visiting) plays as the character Jacques Blanc so you can flip time lines from 1582 to 2004. So that really makes the game more interesting.
Oh...lol, Bringing up VA...I am glad that the voice director managed to find someone who can do a good Samanouske, because I personally think Tig Fong's version is abit too dry. Robin Atkin Downes plays a good Samanosuke. The other va are just spectacular and the script is well written and the VA gave great performances for such a great game ^_^ Final thoughts...
Great closing to the Nobunaga trilogy, great to see Samanosuke return for the second and final time, and great action and badass characters for such a great game.
It would make a good Christmas present for your kids ^_^
