Sohail Khan has no name in the film.
Sohail Khan is a huge of WWE and always has a reference to wrestling in his films. In "I - Proud To Be A Indian" he named the villain Kane after famous WWE wrestler Kane (Glenn Jacobs).
Many people did not get the title and thought it was a English grammar error on the part of Sohail Khan. People though the film should have been titled "I am Proud To Be an Indian", not "I Proud To Be an Indian". Puneet Sihra explained the "I " in the title represented the letter "I " in the alphabet. The "I" stood for "Indian". Then after the "I" there would be a dash - in the title with "Proud To Be a Indian" to represent what the film was trying to say .
The film did not have a theatrical release in British Columbia, Canada.
