I loved it. I watched this on TV during a special on 'Showcase'. This was such a beautiful short film, beginning to end. It was shot beautifully, very well acted, and very well directed. I recommend it, if you can find it (which might prove difficult). Out of the cast, Emily Hampshire as Lydia really stood out. She was convincing with her emotions, and just all around great. Very much a show stealer. Julia Chan's amazing short film, running at about twenty minutes, manages to pull off everything it intends to in its short time frame. It's very thought-provoking, dark, smart, and strange. Of the many short films I have watched this year, be them on television, at film festivals or otherwise, this is definitely on my top-ten list.
