Christopher Rawlence, in his biography of
Louis Aimé Augustin Le Prince, identifies the young lady in
Roundhay Garden Scene (1888) as Anne Hartley. IMDb and a variety of other online sources identify her as
Annie Hartley.
There is obviously disagreement about her exact identity. Any correction would be most welcomed.
