As Dot soon uncovers more dark secrets about the Deere family and that Olivia is a painkiller addict. Dot draws attention from classmate Connor (Shawn Ashmore) whom tells Dot his own dirty secrets and Dot's own secret is soon exposed when Paul attempts to rape Nina and Dot kills him and shouts telling him to leave Nina alone and Nina, Olivia and Connor are left stunned when they learn the truth that she can talk and Nina and Dot soon realize that are not so different.
