Despite the fact that among in my friends and relatives of the movie, the film is a include story that has been well thought through and successful in its time in 2005.
For this reason, we say that time, because when we see it today, it merely brings about two things for us. One reference to the situation that we had about ten or so years ago. Two references to the situation that Iranian cinema has faced in that time again.
The presence of Golshifteh Farahani and Mohammad Reza Golzar guarantees the credibility of its time and the movie is at the same time faced with luck.
The story begins with a few young people who have their own stories. But the story that Jahangir faces is a bit more specific and it's about the desire of the youth of his era.
The key and interesting thing that can be drawn from the outset of a Jahangir and Etti relationship is the involvement of others in a matter that is not related to them, and this alone reflects the environmental conditions of its time.
The nature of the relationship which Etti experiences refers to a problem that our society unfortunately does not have a well-defined answer to it, and Jahangir unrest to solve the problem that it thinks fit in its resolution. Leads to a quick solution that, from the perspective of some audiences, is the right solution.
A sectional solution is by no means an appropriate solution, and it leads to a sharp response. Where we are faced with more radical problem solving.
Eti goes without anyone knowing where he is gone. This time there is no one who is compassionate to her.
The film uncovers a range of problems that the community has not given an adequate response to, and continues to look for, the continuation of the problems ahead of the lack of a peaceful solution.
events and problems are going to becom more pervasive, and the problem is not only solved, but also added to the problems.
On the other hand, we also have unbalanced individual and social groups in the film body, all of which shout out one thing.
Unfair distribution of wealth that in a social group leads to delinquent behavior, including the sale of drugs, and on the other hand in a colony of money and wealth leading to other corruption. "
In total, the film depicts a complex of abnormalities that nobody and no organization knows about its own responsibility, which means the continuation of a way that its outcome is obvious. With a little review, we find that we are ultimately only punished in dealing with such abnormalities. That is, it turns out that something criminal happens, although it's just a matter of clearing or solving the problem instead of research and detection.
Cinema, if not censored, plays its mission in portraying such events, and this is the nature and essence of it.
This movie is a vivid illustration of the film making circle, and I'm glad to see that because of a movie that portrayed such particular subjects in the artistic atmosphere of its time.

I recommend watching this movie to all fans of Iranian cinema. From my point of view, it is more like a documentary about the life of a lower-class Iranian girl who dreams of a good life that she has never experienced. The story progresses in the shadow of the naive relationship that develops between the main actor and the actress (which is not the main focus of the film) and goes on very simple, real and relatable and then reaches the climax. It also tries to show the issues the lower classes in Iran face in a daily basis. The acting is also admirable, for which Golshifteh won the best actress award at the 3 Continents Festival.
