The film was delayed for many years, It was first titled Hum Do Humara Ek but then due to the delay the film's title changed to Sandwich.

A clip of the movie was shown in the movie No Entry. What was unique about this was that the film was yet to be released in 2005. Anees Bazmee was the director of Sandwhich and No Entry. That is how the clip was able to be included in No Entry.
