This frighteningly unfunny "comedy" features a number of de-celebritized faces you *might* vaguely recall from old-school TV shows such as...erm...
...um...
...well, whoever they were/are, they must have been tits-up in the poorhouse when they agreed to bring their...*cough*...star power...*cough*...to this worthless little auto-pilot production. The half-baked story is set in the distant future, when the mentally challenged are sent to institutions on other planets which have been made inhabitable through terraformation technologies. One of these "crazy people planets" becomes the apex of an Earth-invasion schemed by extraterrestrial rodent-men(I strongly suspect these costumes are the same ones seen briefly in ROCK & ROLL HIGH SCHOOL). The mental patients are, naturally, ignored in reporting this sinister plot, so it's up to them to save the Earth.
Painfully bad, unamusing waste of time is an embarrassment to all involved...I'd sooner rub myself down with a man-o-war jellyfish than revisit this drop-of-the-ball.
