This exquisite film makes me smile every time I watch it... Michele Fiore-Kaime is a brilliant actress, bringing a new meaning to life, and bringing a new connotation to the word extra- ordinary! This is my life story as much as is anyone else's. It is very funny and can touch an audience of any demographic. I have watched it travel from state to state, from audience to audience, and have heard the all of the laughs and the admiration from the hundreds of people that have seen this film. It is very inspirational and has a lot of dynamic emotion. There are scenes that could make one cry. There are scenes that make one wonder "why?" before realizing that it is true - the unfairness of life is ever present in today's word and much persistence is necessary to make it, what ever "it" may be.
This movie is about real women, for real women, written and starred in by real woman who is living her dream.
Forget about sugar and spice, this movie took guts, determination and a great sense of humor to make, and that's what we're really made of!
It's a bit like "Rocky" for the girls!
It's inspiring and funny!
My friends and I loved it!
It's clear that the writer's intent is to inspire others to live their dream and that's just what you walk away with.
Guys will enjoy the film too, there's a universal message appealing to all.

What a great movie!!! Summation would be Rocky meets My Big Fat Greek Wedding. The cast is brilliant. The Music is remarkable. Its chuck full of inspiration. I highly recommend this movie. All people who think there life is mundane and just need a shot of you can do it energy must see this. I'm a baby-boomer, I have a Gen X son who thinks he's a rapper and a Gen Y girl who thinks she's Paris Hilton and we all loved it. I thought it was geared to my generation but my kids want their friends to see it too. So it's suitable for all ages. I did notice a bad word or two, the filmmakers kept that really light so it wasn't inappropriate. The leading actress is genuine and a ray of light. As a first timer she nailed it, acting, producing, and writing. I believe this film is just the beginning of the great things to come from this group.

I love the star and I love the movie! It was a great story about dreams being chased and fulfilled against all odds. The cast did an outstanding job of filling the roles envisioned by the writers. They each added their interpretation and personality to the role. Erin Gray played the agent perfectly. She was hard but ended up loving the drive and stick to it attitude of Storm. Lou's character was outstanding...and the women loved him. The drummer, Sheena, and the daughter played by Natalie Summerlin were two of my favorite characters. Pat Kerby directed the movie (his first feature) and hit a home run. The writers took a subject that can be overwhelming and too "soap box oriented" and added the right mix to get it just right. I went in expecting the worst and came away completely impressed with everything about this film. I cannot wait for it to be distributed.
This is going to be the 'must see' movie of this season.....just from viewing the trailer alone and hearing some of the song track I am ready to tell all my friends that this is one not to pass up! Indie films are back by popular demand because they are good.....low budget used to have a negative connotation but not anymore....just ask the writer/producers of 'My Big Fat Greek Wedding'!! It doesn't have to be a complicated movie to touch the hearts of many --- in this case a woman with a dream....and who doesn't have a dream they passed up? This isn't just a chick flick - there is appeal for everyone! The casting is superb and the story line 'oh-so-plausibly' real! The music is fantastic and I just can't wait to see it 'in a theatre near you'. Sometimes it's good to just sit back and enjoy a feel good movie. We need more of those these days! Congratulations and best wishes for a speedy release!
