“I Want You Back” is what fans have been singing to *Nsync for years, and now, the group is reuniting — kind of.
During an interview with Et at his home, Lance Bass shared some new details regarding the popular boy band.
”We’re doing something. I don’t know if I can announce it yet,” he teased. “We are coming out with a really cool vinyl edition of our Christmas album.”
Unfortunately, fans can say “Bye Bye Bye” to the thought of new music, because the Home for Christmas re-release will only feature old songs.

Though it’s called Cma Country Christmas, don’t expect much twang in this year’s edition of the popular TV special. That’s no complaint, because the show delivers something dazzling for almost every holiday musical taste.

Taped before a live audience on election night at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, the show features a strong array of country artists who deftly expand beyond their genre, as well as other special guests who otherwise circulate outside country’s porous borders.

Saved By The Bell wasn't just Zack and Slater having a dance off. Yes it was. However, the show also tried its hand at a number of 'very special episodes'. These typically featured problems encountered by all teens at some point, like drinking half a can of beer, dead ducks, and getting off your tits on Pro Plus.

In an amazing story sweetly reminiscent of Homeward Bound, a missing pup found nearly 2,400 miles from home has been reunited with her family. Penny, a Viszla from Royal City, Washington, went missing Dec. 19. Her owner, Kendra Brown, believes a truck driver picked the dog up thinking she was a stray, then brought her to Des Moines, Iowa. From the Midwest, Penny found her way to Pennsylvania, where she was rescued by a veterinarian. The Browns were alerted on Christmas Eve. The dog's microchip - and a Bring Penny Home for Christmas Facebook campaign - aided in her return, and Alaska...

Not every Christmas song can be “All I Want for Christmas Is You” — 20 years later and everyone is still playing it. All of the time. For every Mariah Carey, there are 15 other pop stars whose Christmas songs didn't quite stick. These are those 15 pop stars:
1. Britney Spears - “My Only Wish (This Year)”
This one actually is considered a classic — to a certain subset of die-hard Britney Spears fans. Choice Lyric: “Can't be alone under the mistletoe/ He's all want and a big red bow / Santa, can you hear me?”
2. Backstreet Boys - “It’s Christmas Time Again”
Sixteen years after Bsb released “Christmas Time,” they tried again for a hit with sequel “It’s Christmas Time Again.” Naturally. Choice Lyric: “When the snow is falling down, down, down / You know that Santa's back in town, town, town.”

Dolly does Christmas!
Dolly Parton invited Et to a special recording session for her quintessential holiday release, Home For Christmas, back in 1990. The album marked a follow-up to her 1984 holiday album, Once Upon a Christmas with Kenny Rogers. Unlike the duet album, which included a number of original songs, Home For Christmas was full of classic holiday favorites.
"I've always wanted to do a Christmas album of the all old traditional songs that I've always loved the best," Dolly told Et in 1990. "I don't like new Christmas songs-- even if I do write them!"
Watch: Mariah Carey's 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' Turns 20!
The album featured Dolly's take on Christmas classics like "First Noel," "I'll Be Home for Christmas," and "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town," the track Dolly told Et has been a favorite of hers since she was a child.

Michael Bublé Talks NBC's Christmas in New York Special, Why an Nph-Style Variety Show Isn't for Him
It doesn’t matter, hours into the taping of his upcoming NBC holiday special, that the cameras have stopped rolling while the crew deals with a technical snag: Michael Bublé is standing center stage in front of a live audience at Radio City Music Hall, and that means Michael Bublé is on.
The Canadian crooner uses the downtime to goof with the crowd, who’ve gathered in late October to watch his Christmas in New York take shape at the iconic Manhattan venue. At one point, apropos of nothing, he belts out, “You know my mama she told me don’t worry about your siiiiiiiize.

The Simpsons will air its annual Christmas episode this Sunday (called "I Won't Be Home for Christmas"), and in it there will of course be references to Disney's Frozen because... well, how can you not have a Frozen reference? Even The Simpsons poke fun at the way this film has infiltrated the holiday season by dedicating a portion of its opening couch gag specifically to Frozen via what the show calls its "obligatory Frozen reference," as seen in the image above. So watch Homer as Olaf and Lisa torture Bart with Elsa's magical ice powers in the clever holiday-themed couch gag below. The full episode hits this Sunday and may or may not include even more Frozen references. Tune in!  ...

Fox has released a new couch gag for the upcoming The Simpsons episode, “I Won’t Be Home For Christmas.” It’s a heavily Christmas-themed opening sequence, and it ends with a fantastic Frozen parody in which Homer is supposed to be Olaf the snowman. Here’s a description of the episode:
Marge tells Homer not to come home when Moe convinces him to stay out all night drinking on Christmas Eve, so Homer takes a sad, lonely journey through Springfield and learns that home is the one place he should be drunk on Christmas.
The episode will air on Fox December 7th, 2014.

What could feel more festive than Justin Timberlake, wrapped in Christmas lights, posing in a white tank top? To celebrate the holiday season, we're taking a look back at some of the hilarious, awkward, and strangely adorable Christmas pinups from teen heartthrobs through the years. Although *Nsync tends to dominate holiday nostalgia thanks to their Home For Christmas album, they aren't the only boy band to get in the holiday spirit. The Backstreet Boys did their own Santa-themed photo shoot, along with New Kids on the Block, One Direction, and Hanson - who also, oddly enough, wrapped themselves in Christmas lights. Is that a thing? In any case, baby, it's cold outside, and these heartthrobs are here to keep you warm. Take a look at some of the best holiday-themed heartthrob photos, then prep for the season with Popsugar's 100 best gifts for 2014 and gorgeous holiday decorations around the world!

One of the most classic teen shows of all time, "Saved By the Bell," is about to celebrate its 25th anniversary. The series premiered back in August of 1989 and if you were a child of the '90s with a TV, we're willing to be bet this program made some sort of an impact on you.
Sure, "Saved By the Bell" brought us plenty of laughs and outrageous (almost surreal) moments, but it was also filled with life lessons we'll remember forever. These more serious messages came in the form of what could be described as "very special episodes" -- the ones that serve a moral purpose so the youth of America is entertained and better off because of it. It's just that sometimes these episodes were also just as weird and wacky as the non-serious subject ones, but that's what made "Saved By the Bell" so ... very special.

The Masters section is always a Croisette and Lido heavy selection and this year is no different. From Cannes we have Jean-Luc Godard’s Goodbye to Language 3D (which is a top of the charts item according to our Blake Williams) Andrey Zvyagintsev’s Leviathan (which our Nicholas Bell thinks is near perfection and calls “cinematic sublimity with this multilayered and operatic exploration of the crushing corruption of an unchecked regime” and Abderrahmane Sissakos’ Timbuktu. I normally hate Christmas music. It's awful when I’m forced to listen to it, piped in through Duane Reade speakers or while surfing channels on my shower radio. This is all very unsurprising, because as a Jew, I didn’t grow up listening to any of it, so there’s absolutely no nostalgia attached: To me, it's just a month during which I'm suddenly and without my consent forced to listen to a style of music I do not like. And yet, even though I have always gone out of my way to block these seasonal ditties from my ears, I know all the words to “The First Noel,” “The Christmas Song,” and even “O Holy Night.” And for that I credit and blame 'N Sync’s 1998 album Home for Christmas, the only Christmas music I have ever loved. Home for Christmas was released right after 'N Sync’s debut album,...

Holiday songs! Pentatonix! Benatar! Glitter Blazers! The Sing-Off finale was everything I needed it to be and, yes, I did need it to be something. I needed it to be something my whole family could watch together while I’m home for the holidays. I needed it to be fun and exciting enough to make me think thoughts worthy of writing down later for fellow a cappella knuckleheads to read (“worthy” might be an overstatement, but where better for hyperbole than The Sing-Off?). And I needed it to be, as I think Nick Lachey once said, some damn fine music.
