A strong two-reel number, featuring Walter Edwards, Leona Hutton and others. Mr. Edwards plays the part of old Dan, an Alaska miner, who gives up his hoarded gold so the widow and her child may come hack to the states and live happily. This action is taken after the widow stole the gold and then replaced it in a fit of remorse. The atmosphere of the production suggests Alaska very strongly and the story works up to a very effective close. A good offering of its type. - The Moving Picture World, May 29, 1915
