    An A-Plus

I was quite impressed with the first episode of this 'soap' set in Victoria. I was expecting to have a groan or two after reading the Time Colonist article about unknown writers, actors etc, however I found I was quite caught up in it and will look forward to the next episode next week. However I was surprised that no notice was given for viewers to air their comments either by phone or letter, Not everyone knows of this site or has a computer. Maybe there will be next week? This is one viewer who would like to see it continue and I very much liked the diversity of characters..something for everyone especially the seniors..there are a lot of talented seniors in Victoria. It was also fun checking out the locations "Oh thats Bastion Square I think" and "there's Fan Tan Alley" or is it? It certainly makes it interesting. Congratulations to all the cast and crew...some things need 'tweaking' but that will come in time I'm sure......Conni Attwell

    A great 'pilot'

This series is a great idea. Canada's very own 'soap'set in the most beautiful city in Beautiful B.C. What an opportunity for Victoria Tourism. I had the privilege of attending the Premier of the two episodes. I was very impressed. The second episode left me wanting more. What is going to happen - I want to know. Please let there be further episodes. The writing is impressive as is the acting. 'Victoria' is absolutely great.(I am not related to her - I didn't even know her.)I was also pleased to see a 'Senior' involved. Hey, a love interest for 'Adele' is an idea - doesn't even have to be with another 'senior'! Adele is game for anything I think. My one and only criticism is the character Natasha. I couldn't make out who she was or what she was supposed to be doing. The fault of the actor? the writer? Me? This is a good show. I want it to 'fly'. Karen and co. are to be commended.
