Against my better judgement, I've always been rather fond of Hollyoaks. I always liked Ben, especially Ben and Izzy, even if they did become a little bit of a formulaic comedy sideline for while, and I always really liked the Hunter family, and I liked Lisa. What I didn't like, or could even understand was Ben and Lisa. Ben had always been one of the older set, the grown-ups, and Lisa was one of the kids, and dated boys her age, so as soon as Lisa was legal, Hollyoaks sent her off on a vastly slutty weekend away at a hotel, and when she returned I suppose they expected everyone to view her as an adult and adult enough to go out with a man who'd just been married and had a baby. She wasn't though, she was a kid, so it seemed a bit...urgh. Let Loose just went to reinforce this feeling of urgh from the offset, and on top of that it was needlessly lurid (like most post watershed hollyoaks offerings) and very very weak storyline wise. I think I watched about four episodes of Lisa playing with the grown-ups before I had to switch off for fear of breaking my television.
In summary - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This is the worst show in the world. Can't believe how bad it is and i also can't believe how it's still on th TV. The people on this show can not act. I could do better. They must have taken these people off the streets or something. It is awful. The whole point of this programme is just to get some meaningless swearing and some love scenes in it just like those terrible late night hollyoaks programmes which come on from time to time. I can not stand the character Lisa and i've never liked her even when she was on hollyoaks. This programme should be taken off the TV and be chucked in the bin where it belongs. Truly awful! Even the song at the start is bad the whole programme is a disaster. It just doesn't seem like a lot of effort was put in this programme. My tip for everyone is don't watch it!!

I watch Hollyoaks on and off so know that the quality isn't of a very high standard but I have to say this series is just dire. I was lost for words having watched a few episodes, the writing isn't very good but the writing for Hollyoaks never is as a rule, the directing in this is some of the worst I've ever seen and the scripts should all be burned to avoid any embarressment in the future. If I was the writer I would want to destroy all evidence that I'd written such tosh. I cannot buy into any of the characters and invest in their emotions because we were just thrown in at the deep end with most of them. I now only watch to see Lisa and Ben two characters from the normal Hollyoaks but even they are becoming very tiresome. I don't recommend watching this even if you're an Hollyoaks fan.

H:LL! is a perfect example of the corporate, badly written crap that TV is churning our these days, and sets the trend for the way poor television will surely continue. I'm not a prude, I like a bit of cheek, raunch, fun and zaniness in my TV as much as the next guy, but come on! Someone, in the Channel4 office, blatantly said "right - Hollyoaks is successful, lets make a bunch of cash by taking it one step further and putting in on a little later to make it seem naughtier". And what they've churned out is plot less, disgusting garbage. Seriously. It's just horrificness after horrificness with no real reason for any of it and nothing tying it together. It's like taking "American Pie", removing all of the characters you grew to love and hate, and taking away all of the plot so it just travels from man shagging pie to boy drinking semen - it makes no sense! And the acting doesn't help either, despite the fact that they've barely been given a soul, or any decent lines.
I stayed up watching it with a friend just laughing and pointing at its ridiculousness. It's not even camp bad. It's bad.
