Jennifer Garner and her youngest child, Samuel, were spotted going on a breakfast run earlier today in New Orleans. Jen is currently in town filming The Dallas Buyer's Club, but she has been jetting back and forth between Nola and La for the past few weeks. Jen, who is currently in the running to become our favorite woman of the year, was in La spending time with her family until she jetted off with Sam Sunday. This isn't Samuel's first visit to his mom's work in Louisiana. Samuel, Seraphina, and Violet all spent Thanksgiving in New Orleans while Jennifer filmed her new movie. As Jen wheeled adorable Samuel to a New Orleans coffee shop, her husband, Ben Affleck, was spotted doing the exact same thing with the couple's youngest daughter, Seraphina, in Brentwood earlier today. Have a question about gay male entertainment? Contact me here (and be sure and include your city and state and/or country!)
Q: Oh wingéd primate, can you answer my query? I have often heard about celebrities that "everybody" knows are gay, but are not out to the public. Is "everybody" ever right, or is it all rumor? How does "everybody" even know? In respect to your policy, any example you give can be of celebrities who are now officially out. — Kaci, Kentucky
A: Is “everybody” right when they say someone is gay, or are they just repeating rumors? It kinda depends.
To be fair, there are plenty of closeted celebrities who are quite open in their private lives — on movie sets and at semi-private Hollywood parties. (Many of these celebrities used to be completely open even in Hollywood restaurants, West Hollywood streets, but that's changed in the era of Perez.

Today is Fat Tuesday, the last day of Mardi Gras -- French words which translate literally to "fat Tuesday" -- festivities, before Ash Wednesday arrives to usher in the period of the year known to Christians as Lent. The time between Ash Wednesday and Easter is a time to repent, but the entire lead-up to tomorrow's holiday is known in New Orleans as Mardi Gras.
Have you ever been to Mardi Gras? It's actually a little overrated; the streets are crammed with drunken lunatics and the much-publicized nudity is not all that people might hope it would be. Jazzfest is a much better time. However, there's one staple that can be counted on to amaze every year: the parades. Hollywood also has a long history of kickass parades and parade scenes. So while the revelry continues for one last surge in Nola today, let's try to channel some of that...

Romance couldn't ask for a better wingman than the rain. That's what the movies have taught us anyway.
Forget candlelight, holding your boombox aloft or penning a sonnet. Nothing sets the mood for love better than a good dose of rain. Think of it as Mother Nature playing matchmaker. Unvoiced emotions, like raindrops, gather until they become overwhelming and release in a deluge of kisses or romantic declarations.
In "Dear John," based on the Nicholas Sparks novel of the same name, soldier John Tyree (Channing Tatum) is on leave when he meets and falls for college student Savannah Lynn Curtis (Amanda Seyfried). They share their first kiss in the rain.
"Dear John" isn't the only film that has taken advantage of rain's mysterious properties. This romantic device has been bringing couples together throughout cinematic history.
Here's some of the top cinematic kisses in the rain:
Warning: Spoilers!
