Goofs
Tony and Cyd were working under the assumption that the killer had a contact on the police force that was tipping him off to all their plans. Yet he kept Stan in place as the sleazy drug dealer to lure him into a trap. If the killer had a person inside the police department, he would also know that Stan was a plant.
