Monica calls her head-hunter friend Nancy looking for a new job. During their conversation Nancy tells Monica that Javu asked for her specifically to be the head chef. If Nancy knew that Javu wanted Monica to work there, why didn't she contact Monica to tell her? If Monica hadn't reached out to Nancy to look for a new job, would she have ever found out about the opening at Javu?
