The Corpse Can't Play

I appreciate plot twists when they're well done, as in surprising, yet logical considering the previous events and clues. The Corpse Can't Play was different in that there were increasing indications of a certain character's malevolence, but the actual ending was totally incongruous with everything that preceded it. Apparently, purely for shock and the sake of a "twist," no matter how nonsensical.

Again, I hugely admire the efforts taken to recover this episode. A search that apparently spanned about forty years altogether.

Even if you (or I) find a work of fiction tasteless, even morally objectionable, dislike based on personal reaction isn't a reason to prevent other people from accessing it, as it seems someone had tried to do by wiping the recordings. One person's thoughtless narrow-mindedness, or careless actions, caused others so much trouble-ironically turning this episode into a classic upon its finally being located and released.
