The apartment that Mrs. Yarrow says she's lived in for forty years is the same empty apartment Punky hid in at the start of the series. It's also the same apartment from "Milk Does a Body Good" (season 2, episode 12) in which Mr. Whitney was living with his kidnapped daughter Julie.
