Factual errors

Ezri cuts power to the Gander's engines to allow the Badlands' currents to sweep it to the same place it took Worf's escape pod. Even if the currents were that consistent (unlikely), the Gander is a Danube-class runabout, many times the size of a ship's escape pod (the Danube-class is 23.1 meters (76 ft) long, 13.7 meters (45 ft) wide, and 5.4 meters (18 ft) high, while a starship's escape pod is only a couple of meters across). The currents would not act upon the two craft in the same manner.
When Ezri cuts the engine and the ship starts getting tossed about, you can see her rocking in the cockpit. Shutting the engines down would not have shut down the inertial dampeners so she should not be getting tossed around in the shuttle.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

Weyoun 7 scoffs at Damar's suggestion that the Female Changeling may be ill, asking, "How can a god be ill?" Weyoun 6 was fully aware of the morphogenic virus that the Founders were infected with, and Weyoun 7 would carry those same memories.

There is a big difference between being aware of a virus and believing that your gods can take ill. If the Founder told Weyoun that nothing was wrong, he would never question her, regardless of his knowledge and experience.

Miscellaneous

For a few scenes in the runabout, Ezri incorrectly has two solid pips on her collar, denoting a Lieutenant. Her correct insignia (one solid and one hollow pip) appears for the remainder of the episode.

Character error

Colonel Kira finds Julian, Miles, and Ezri in the replimat to deliver the news that Worf is missing after his ship was destroyed. Informing them that a fellow member of the command crew is missing in a public space like that is highly inappropriate. A meeting of the station's command crew should have been called in the ward room or ops, with all staff members present.
When speaking with Sisko from the USS Gander, Ezri mimics static noises with her mouth. However, she stills says complete sentences, just with some bouts of static between some of them. If she wanted to make it really sound like there was interference on the signal, she should have replaced some of the words with static noises, not just delayed them.
When questioned by Ezri as to why he killed an animal to eat when they have plenty of field rations, Worf replies, "I have been eating field rations for 6 days. I am sick of field rations!" Worf ejected from a Klingon ship and his escape pod would have been equipped with Klingon field rations, not the Starfleet field rations he and Ezri would have taken from the Gander before it exploded.
