Due to a bug making all dialogue trees invisible on modern-day computers, only the first two levels with Artemus Gordon can be completed. The only known solutions to this problem are to play the game on an old system, use virtual PC to install an old system like Windows 95 or 98 and play the game on it, or find somewhere online the rare unofficial patched version of the game's "gametext.ocx" file, which is the source of the problem.
