Plot

A macabre story about the lone hero of the provincial town, just returned home from a German concentration camp, badly taken. He is invited to an intimate celebratory dinner by the town's three top brass. They hope to see his moral standing overshadowing their own tarnished past. Unfortunately the hero is not cooperative.
