Collins in doing the key-make-up for SOULS&#39; several zombie scenes, the phrase &quot;we wanted to go &#39;balls to the wall&#39;&quot; emerges in summing up the team&#39;s dedication to creating the ultimate depiction of the gory undead. Whether it is exploding the 150-year-old head of Oleta Diaz (Julia Vera) with a shotgun blast (which is achieved with a 50 psi shot of compressed air hitting a dummy head filled with fake blood and topped by a black wig), or finding the appropriate life models for the movie&#39;s undead in an archive of autopsy photographs (the &quot;Sarah White&quot; zombie was based on an apparently famous photo of a topless female corpse the film industry has dubbed &quot;Blondie&quot;), this crew trio provides the back-story for all their major decisions in the making-of featurette.
