I want to make this short and sweet. "Strangers Online" delivered the goods. It started off a bit slow, and I was turned off by the overly digital look of the film. But once I let that bias go, I really liked what I saw.
A talk show -- what seems to be radio, though clearly they have video -- with all kinds of sexual diversity, much of which is shown to us? That is a win. Sick Rick was incredible, and far more disturbing than he should have been.
The twists are adequate and the film as a whole offers as much or more than you should expect from it. I was a little confused why everyone thought Hollis was so incredibly hot, but the actor who played him was at least excellent. Not handsome, but a good actor. (And I give the director credit for not casting himself into a sex role.)
