In 'Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964)' the device for entering the nuclear missile launch code is CRM 114 Discriminator. In 'A Clockwork Orange (1971)' the drug given to Alex as part of the Ludaviko treatment is serum 114.
