Lupin is coerced by a mafia crime boss to steal an ancient jewel known as "The Bull's Eye" a jewel that is believed to be cursed. Every previous thief that has stolen the Bull's Eye has been killed. Meanwhile, there is a new up and coming thief named Becky.
This movie has good animation, music and some good action, particularly towards the end where Goemon and Jigen take on their rivals. But there are a few things that add up to detract from this otherwise fine adventure.
Number 1, Lupin lies to Goemon and Jigen for no good reason. All it does is make them angry with him for 5 minutes of the movie.
Number 2, this movie treads a lot of old ground. There are the same old double crosses and reveals that you can set your watch to. Enough so that they are no longer twists, they are just checklist items.
Number 3, the villain is nothing special. He is very dull and forgettable. I think his name was Bill.
Number 4, the characters make some dumb out of character decisions.
There are a lot of little things that hold this one back. But I should highlight the positive, it is still a fun Lupin adventure with an exciting finale and good humor throughout.
Now, if we can just get ourselves a solid Lupin Collection.

This Lupin the 3rd TV special, I enjoy a lot.
In this one, it's taken place in France. And there's a new thief in town who's doing some robberies and it's not Lupin. The thief is a girl who seems to be a copycat of Lupin. Zenigata got confused that it wasn't Lupin.
But when the real Lupin appears he pulls off the heist his way. But ended up getting kidnapped and ended up facing a mob. The leader gives him details on the "Bull's Eye" a sphere shape gem. It's a cursed gem, and those who try to steal it end up getting killed. Lupin is assigned to steal it for the mob boss, otherwise Fujiko won't live any longer.
Lupin accepts the assignment. So he, Jigen, and Goemon plan out to steal the gem. But Jigen and Goemon aren't doing for Fujiko. After Lupin steals it and left Jigen and Goemon behind to defend for themselves. They lost faith in him all because of Fujiko. What's more is the girl who's been copycatting Lupin also wants the gem for her own reasons.
It's all fun and humiliation for Lupin. I love this TV special so much. Probably because it has the right ingredients for a perfect Lupin anime to watch. It has the usual voice actors for the main characters. Great animation, character designs, story, and plenty of humor to chuckle about.
It's a must for those who are familiar with Lupin the 3rd. It's not in English yet, but it's very easy to find the fan sub of it on the internet.

So this film I am the second person to review, as for now this one only has one So I didn't like this Lupin III film because it has a plot that doesn't convince me at all and then it's just boring and then he doesn't convince me at all from an object he actually wearsbad luck because Lupine wasn't already too unlucky he runs women you're bad it was really a very speck that's not good so it was once again useless Lupin III movie the action isn't even funny so there's no point in seeing this though I consider it less ugly thanto the others who were really very bad films to conclude the rating 5.
