Disney+ will bring its classic characters together for “Mickey and the Very Many Christmases” as well as “Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade.” It will also premiere “The Simpsons Christmas Double Episode,” “Doctor Who: Joy to the World,” and “CMA Country Christmas” to honor the season. Top non-holiday picks include the return of “Marvel Animation’s What If…?” (kicking off December 22 with new episodes premiering daily for eight days), “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew,” and “Elton John: Never Too Late.”

Over at Hulu, the divisive new horror flick “Cuckoo” starring Hunter Schafer is set to stream alongside a robust catalogue of various other movies.

Success in the entertainment sphere is decided by a few key factors, with money, popularity, and worldwide recognition being the primary three. Universal Orlando Resort is keeping everyone hyped up about the upcoming opening of Universal Epic Universe. Although the new park includes five immersive worlds/sections, most exciting for fans of horror movies is the Dark Universe section of the park, which will feature many of the classic Universal monsters.

Now Universal Orlando has released terrifying first look photos of the monstrous fully animated figures that will be present in the Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment attraction. They also have created an introductory behind the scenes video, which you can see at the end of this article.

The ride, which Universal describes as “groundbreaking” features 14 of the realistic animated monsters – “each one depicting one of the legendary Monsters that will prey upon guests in what promises to be Universal Orlando’s most terrifying attraction yet.”

When guests visit Monsters Unchained, they will see Frankenstein Manor and be greeted by Victor Frankenstein’s great-great granddaughter Dr.

Universal has already announced that guests will be able to have meet and greets with Universal Monsters at the upcoming Dark Universe section of Epic Universe, opening on May 22, 2025. But now they have extended the lineup!

We already knew that some monsters would be available for photos, including Frankenstein’s Monster, The Bride of Frankenstein, Dracula, The Wolf Man and The Invisible Man.

During a panel at the New York Comic Con, it was announced that the Phantom of the Opera and the Creature from the Black Lagoon would also be part of the lineup.

The Dark Universe area of the park is the park we are incredibly excited about.

From the spectacular entryway to the coasters, burning windmill, and sinister theming, this section of Epic Universe seems spectacular and unique.

Universal Orlando’s portals are about to open.

The NBCUniversal theme park and experiences division says that its new Epic Universe park — which it calls the “most ambitious” park it has ever created — will officially open on May 22, 2025.

The company announced the opening date Thursday morning, adding that multi-day tickets and packages will go on sale beginning Oct. 22.

Epic Universe features five distinct “worlds,” each accessible through a different portal entrance. Those worlds include some of the best known intellectual property from NBCUniversal and other companies. That includes a new Harry Potter-themed world called The Wizarding World of Harry Potter– Ministry of Magic, a How To Train Your Dragon world, Super Nintendo World, and Dark Universe, which is based on the Universal Monsters like Frankenstein and The Mummy.

Epic Universe is Universal Orlando’s fourth theme park alongside Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and the water-themed Volcano Bay. The stated aim of this new gate is to make Universal Orlando a weeklong destination for guests.

Epic Games said Friday that Fortnite, Rocket League and Fall Guys are now available on iPhones in the E.U. and on Android phones worldwide, accessible via an Epic Games Store. The company credits the E.U. Digital Markets Act for allowing it to launch its own app store, and provides instructions for how to install it on devices in a blog post.

The move is a major one, not only because the Epic Games Store is a major viable alternative to Apple’s own app store, but also because it marks the return of the game to the devices four years after it was pulled in a dispute over payments. Scooter Braun, the high-profile manager who guided the careers of stars like Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande, announced Monday he is retiring from the music management business after 23 years.

The 42-year-old is stepping away from managing artists but will remain CEO of Hybe America, the U.S. subsidiary of the South Korean entertainment company behind K-pop sensation BTS.

“After 23 years this chapter as a music manager has come to an end,” Braun wrote on Instagram. “It’s a strange feeling because I think I have wanted this for a while, but I was truly afraid to answer the question ‘Who would I be without them?'”

Braun said the decision followed his parting ways with Bieber, Grande, Demi Lovato and other major clients last year amid speculation about the status of their business relationships. He cited a “desire to spread their wings” from one unidentified star client as a catalyst.

Universal Orlando revealed new details about one of the most highly-anticipated lands in its upcoming Epic Universe expansion park: its very own Super Nintendo World.

Orlando’s Super Nintendo World will be the company’s second such attraction in the U.S., after the Universal Studios Hollywood attraction of the same name that opened early last year and has become wildly popular. The Orlando attraction’s Super Mario Land will have some of the same features as the Hollywood attraction, including a real-life Green Pipe, Mt. Beanpole, Peach’s Castle, Piranha Plants, Goombas, spinning coins, ? Blocks and Bowser’s Castle, where guests can take a spin on Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge.

One key difference: The Orlando version looks bigger, a benefit for guests not only in the fact that it has additional features, but because one drawback of the fan-favorite Universal Hollywood attraction has been that it’s fairly small and gets crowded quickly.

Not to be outdone by Dead Island 2‘s recent expansion, Techland has announced that Dying Light 2 is getting an update of it’s own with the much-requested Nightmare Mode, which adds “the hardest and most immersive difficulty yet” to the game, along with an array of additional elements.

Nightmare Mode for Dying Light 2 forces players to rely on tactics and strategic management of resources in order to survive. The new difficulty introduces changes to stamina management, called the Tactical Stamina system, limited Hud options for better immersion, and a flickering flashlight that goes out when used for too long. Egs vs. Steam: Is This a New Era for PC Gaming?

Steam might need to step it up after Epic’s latest move.

In a recent announcement, Epic unveiled two major initiatives that could dethrone Steam as the leading PC gaming platform.

The first, known as Epic First Run, is an exclusivity program aimed at third-party developers and publishers on Egs. Essentially, it offers developers the option to release their games exclusively on the Epic platform.

Fortnite’s fanbase is pretty open-minded; they accept the small changes that the developers bring to these games with every new update. Sometimes they would get new weapons, and other times they would get new equipment. New powerups, new ways to get around the game—things never stop changing in this game, and it’s not a bad thing either; these changes keep it fresh.

But sometimes there are some things that might sound trivial during the initial stages, but fans start hating them. There can be a bunch of reasons for it. Maybe one weapon is too overpowered, maybe fans do not love a powerup that gives players a brief moment of invincibility, or sometimes there are skins that allow players to blend into the environment. Similar to these examples, there are a bunch of things that fans want changed in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2.

In January, Universal Orlando shared the first official “look” inside its highly anticipated new theme park, Universal Epic Universe, a development that the company expects to be a game changer.

On offer was a rendering of the park’s front gate and plaza — not exactly click bait for fans eagerly awaiting more news about the development. You can see that rendering at the bottom of this story.

Yesterday, however, NBC affiliate Wesh 2 in Orlando captured aerial footage of what it said was one of the rollercoasters already operating in the new park, which isn’t expected to open until 2025.

The helicopter footage shows a five-car coaster running along twisty black tracks. As they move through the turns the cars, which are blue, spin with g forces pull them this way and that.

After ending the open beta in June of last year, WB Games and developer Player First Games have announced that their the free-to-play all-star platform fighter MultiVersus will be back on May 28 when the game launches in full. The developer announced the update via a brief video (which you can see below), while also teasing new features coming to the game.

MultiVersus will release with a new PvE mode, with additional fighters added to the roster, additional stages based on “reimagined universes and environments”, “first-class” online play, improved visuals, and more. The roster currently includes Stripe and Gizmo from Gremlins, along with Shaggy and Velma from Scooby-Doo, Batman, Black Adam, and Harley Quinn.
