A beautiful, spacious, and poetic film which is a simple and humble follow up to Glendyn's first film Cracker Bag. We follow a young woman, played by Magic Dirt front woman Adalita, going out into the Australian desert. There are no words, only a soundscape: the car engine, a fly, her boots on the ground, her breath and the final soundtrack by Magic Dirt.
It's about the search: what is she doing? where is she going? and the dilemma: what is she going to do now? What will she find?
For me the film is about the wondering: what is the most precious, or dangerous, or frightening, or simply forgotten thing you could find out in the desert.
