Courtney: What are you so smiley about?
Courtney: Can't a girl just be happy?
Jill Michaels: Uh-huh.
Courtney: So, tell me, how was this big party last night?
Jill Michaels: You know, same old Hollywood bullshit. I'm telling you, the biggest part of being a publicist is keeping the starlets from killing each other.

Stormy Daniels as writer/director/star hits a homer with "Sleeping Around", a Wicked Pictures release that plays better than most mainstream rom-coms.
That's because Stormy's screenplay is quite original and even provides a bit of food for thought in a genre not known for much besides escapism.
She plays a Hollywood publicist who is into one-night stands, hence the title. Her sister Eva Angelina contrasts in her quest for true love, and the movie concerns both of their failures in relationships, making for both comedy and romantic interludes as well.
Randy Spears with his usual over-intensity is a fine choice as the show's comical bad guy: a lothario who mistreats and undervalues women by going through his cliched routine of luring them, humping and dropping them without an ounce of feeling. When he does this to Eva, sister Stormy springs into action, giving Spears a dose of his own medicine.
What makes this story different is that Stormy's plan to get even with Randy, which the viewer is definitely rooting for, backfires and costs her unexpectedly in personal terms. That adds some depth and balance to what usually would be pure fluff.
