In Episode 1.1, Keiichi is told to get a phone call for one of his dorm mates at exactly 7:00PM. The entire second half of the episode focuses on him getting home to receive the call. At precisely 8:00PM [as shown by the clock on his table] he picks up the phone to contact his dorm mate about the call, and accidentally calls the Goddess Hotline. It is very clearly shown he does this at 8:00PM. In Episode 1.2, during the sequence where Belldandy talks to the electronics in Keiichi's room, the LCD clock on the Betamax player reads 7:30PM.
