Actor Priyanshu Painyuli learnt the Kutchi language from the locals during the shoot of the upcoming film Rashmi Rocket in Rann of Kutch, and says it was fun to pick up something new.
"I have shot for ‘Extraction' in Ahmedabad before but Kutchi is a whole new dialect that sounds like a new language altogether. I was intrigued and then talking to friends from the local crew, I thought of it as a great chance to pick up something new," Priyanshu said.
"I am an army kid, so moving places, moving cities, learning new things has always been a way of life. It's ingrained in me. I never leave an opportunity for a new learning. I am so glad I am here and I hope by the team we leave I have learned at least the basic pleasantry," he added.

Maybe Movies’ “Zombillenium” and ”Champions,” from Spain’s Morena and Películas Pendelton, feature among 90 series lined up to participate at this year’s Cartoon Forum which is scheduled to take place on site in France’s Toulouse over Sept. 14-17.
France’s Maybe Movies, producers of “Calamity,” this year’s Annecy Cristal best feature winner, along with 2 Minutes will adapt “Zombillenium,” a 2017 feature directed by Arthur de Pins and Alexis Ducord. The series will unspool in a creepy theme park whose employees are all actual monsters.
The “Champions” series is another spin off, this time from Javier Fesser’s same-titled live-action feature “Champions,” a local box office smash hit and Spain’s 2019 Academy Award submission. It turned on a basketball team of adult players with intellectual disabilities. The series will follow a group of kids with various levels of disability as they go to class and face growing up.

James Gunn is no stranger to casting legendary veteran actors in his Guardians of the Galaxy movies, with seven-time Academy Award nominee Glenn Close making a rare blockbuster appearance in the first installment as Nova Prime, while both halves of Tango & Cash appeared in the sequel without sharing any scenes together. Kurt Russell’s Ego may not have made it out alive, but based on the end credits, Sylvester Stallone’s Stakar seems poised to return in the team’s third outing.
With the movie industry on lockdown much like the rest of us, and Gunn still needing to put the finishing touches on The Suicide Squad once the restrictions are lifted, it could be a while yet before we see Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Marvel’s next available release date isn’t until October 2022, but that seems more likely to be taken by Ant-Man 3 rather...

If you can’t afford a Nintendo Switch to play Animal Crossing: New Horizons with, check out Pocket Camp!
“Your feeds have almost certainly been taken over by an influx of Animal Crossing: New Horizons content since the Switch game’s release on March 20. Friends are gathering on each others’ islands and doing stupid shit together; other people are torturing their resident villagers to get them to move off their islands; others have made ridiculously intricate custom designs or caught rare whale shark and showed them off online. If you are someone without a Nintendo Switch, and have no intentions of getting one, but still feel like you’re missing out on a Major Cultural Moment, there’s an alternative solution, and it’s free: the mobile game Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp.”

Robert Downey Jr. is a beloved actor, especially in this generation for his portrayal of Iron Man, aka Tony Stark. Though his character is no longer in the McU (for now), it hasn't stopped Downey Jr. from moving on to other projects in the meantime. While we certainly miss Tony Stark, we look forward to seeing what Downey Jr. will be up to in the future, and he's already starting off 2020 with his first post-mcu role. Some are hesitant at the prospect of this new film, and some look forward to it. That said, here are 5 reasons why it's Downey's perfect post-mcu film role, and 5 reasons it's not.

There is no doubt that pop culture loves cute infantile things on-screen. You know what makes it better? If that cute thing had a parental figure, essentially making them a fantasy parent-baby power couple. That works every time. That right there is the winning formula and surprisingly, not many movies and TV shows have utilized that; we're currently stuck with whatever Disney gave us: Rocket and Baby Groot or the Mandalorian and Baby Yoda.

There's no question that the biggest DVD and Blu-ray release this week is Christopher Nolan's Inception (with Shrek Forever After also likely to sell a ton of copies), but if you're looking to get some last-minute Christmas gift ideas, you might find a few other odds and ends hitting stores this week as well. Sandy Collora, director of popular fan films Batman: Dead End and World's Finest, has his first feature film Hunter Prey finally out on DVD today, plus the indie comedy Barry Munday starring Patrick Wilson and The Year of Getting to Know Us starring Jimmy Fallon. Some interesting non-fiction releases include Restrepo, Big River Man and Hugh Hefner: Playboy, Activist and Rebel, plus the first volume of the Espn 30 for 30 series. All this plus Criterion Bd releases for Cronos and Videodrome, and for Reed Farrington, it's Trek Stars Go West! What will you be buying or renting this week?...
